a Rue Martin, Jr. is Manager of Community Relations/Public Affairs for United Parcel Service, UPS, a publicly traded Fortune 500 company. He joined UPS in 1987 as a delivery driver in Portland, Oregon and quickly rose through the ranks securing roles in Customer Service, Employee Relations and Human Resources.
