Part of Ramon’s responsibilities includes leading customer care for $30B in sales across three lines of business (mobile, consumer electronics, and home appliances) and distribution, B2B, B2C, and partner channels operating in almost every country. Develop and drive the overall strategy for all customer service initiatives to create best-in-class, integrated, multichannel customer care experiences that are as innovative as Samsung’s highly reputable line of products.

a Rue Martin, Jr. is Manager of Community Relations/Public Affairs for United Parcel Service, UPS, a publicly traded Fortune 500 company. He joined UPS in 1987 as a delivery driver in Portland, Oregon and quickly rose through the ranks securing roles in Customer Service, Employee Relations and Human Resources.
