CORPORATE OBJECTIVES

To be recognized as a reputable resource for the promotion and advancement of African Americans/Blacks in governance and Board roles in the healthcare and life sciences;

• To increase the number of Board seats held by African Americans/Black executives on healthcare boards nationally,
• To increase the number of African Americans/Blacks serving in Executive Leadership roles within the healthcare industry (C-Suite and two levels down), and
• Eliminate health disparities in communities of color by ensuring equitable representation of African American/Blacks on healthcare Boards and senior leadership roles.

Through these objectives, TLN will help organizations realize the business case for diversity and inclusion by creating an environment where the richness of diverse ideas, perspectives, and experiences demonstrate value for partnering organizations and businesses.
