The Leverage Network is a non-profit organization dedicated solely to promoting the advancement of Black executives on board and in senior leadership roles in all sectors of the healthcare industry.
At the forefront of The Leverage Network’s commitment to advancing Black professionals in healthcare leadership is the strategic initiative of “Building a Strong Pipeline.” This visionary approach, spearheaded by a dedicated Black female leader, involves a comprehensive array of year-round forums, panel discussions, webinars, and events held throughout the United States. With a remarkable participation of over 1,000 Black healthcare professionals engaged across four pillar programs, TLN has successfully cultivated a robust Black executive pipeline within the healthcare sector.
These four distinct programs, each tailored to address specific needs and levels of professional growth, include Beyond Boundaries for senior executives, the Executive Women of Color (EWOC) Summit for women executives, the Black Healthcare and Innovation Summit for creatives and the Healthcare Board Initiative (HcBI) Program designed for top-level executives. Through these initiatives, The Leverage Network is not just shaping leaders but fostering adynamic and diverse ecosystem that transcends levels and empowers Black professionals at every stage of their leadership journey.
