Program Overview

Beyond Boundaries is an executive leadership development program designed to prepare experienced leaders for senior enterprise and C-suite roles.

The program combines an immersive in-person experience with executive-level dialogue, applied leadership exercises, direct insight from current C-suite leaders, and continued engagement through webinars, coaching, and a capstone session.

Participants strengthen strategic leadership capability, executive judgment, and influence required to lead in complex organizational environments.

The next Beyond Boundaries program is scheduled for September 16-17, 2026.

Capstone Experience

The Capstone Experience is a first of its kind, annual program, developed exclusively for cohort graduates. This personalized, immersive, and exclusive program is designed to crystallize the learnings and takeaways from the Beyond Boundaries (formerly HcEL) program and equip participants with insight to effectively utilize these tools. The Capstone Experience will be offered at end of each Beyond Boundaries program.

During this course, participants will:

Practice leveraging an authentic executive brand to lead change
Examine strategies to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders through crucial conversations
Explore best practices to expand readiness to face stress and uncertainty
Explore the role flexibility, adaptability, and values play in career and business decisions
Practice applying data-based decision-making habits to success and growth plan
Practice developing plans to accelerate personal and professional growth

Terminal Objectives

By the end of this course, participants will:

Develop a strategy to lead complex organizational change using a Constraints and Cure Map
Build a forward-looking industry impact strategy by identifying and forecasting trends that influence organizations, teams, and stakeholders
Conduct a performance-driven CEO skills and behavior gap analysis to clarify strengths, address blind spots, and increase leadership visibility
Create an authentic engagement strategy to communicate effectively, influence decision-making, and persuade key stakeholders
Refine a personal leadership strategy to drive innovation, efficiency, and measurable value within the organization
Examine the executive leadership journey and strengthen outcomes related to performance, well-being, resilience, professional effectiveness, and goal-directed growth
