Program Overview

Beyond Boundaries is an executive leadership development program designed to prepare experienced leaders for senior enterprise and C-suite roles.

The program combines an immersive in-person experience with executive-level dialogue, applied leadership exercises, direct insight from current C-suite leaders, and continued engagement through webinars, coaching, and a capstone session.

Participants strengthen strategic leadership capability, executive judgment, and influence required to lead in complex organizational environments.

The next Beyond Boundaries program is scheduled for September 16-17, 2026.

Capstone Experience

The Capstone Experience is a first of its kind, annual program, developed exclusively for cohort graduates. This personalized, immersive, and exclusive program is designed to crystallize the learnings and takeaways from the Beyond Boundaries (formerly HcEL) program and equip participants with insight to effectively utilize these tools. The Capstone Experience will be offered at end of each Beyond Boundaries program.
