Beyond the Board Seat is designed for leaders who are already in, or genuinely ready for, the boardroom. This intimate dinner experience brings together current directors, experienced executives, and board-ready leaders for candid peer discussion about governance, influence, board effectiveness, emerging risks, and the realities of service. Hosted in select cities across the country, these gatherings create a trusted environment to explore:

Beyond the conversation, each dinner opens the door to authentic connection, mentorship, and strategic relationship building. Participants engage directly with accomplished leaders to sharpen their governance perspective, strengthen board effectiveness, and expand their influence.
Whether you’re preparing for your first board opportunity or already serving on multiple boards, the Beyond the Board Seat Dinner Series helps leaders govern with greater confidence, insight, and impact.
Complementing the dinner series is a new virtual learning experience, “Inside the Boardroom” designed to bring governance insights directly to executives nationwide.
