Adè Lawal is the President of Express Employment Professionals in Philadelphia; a recruitment firm he acquired in 2012. Express has served the Philadelphia market since 1989 and provides tailored recruitment services and all levels across many industries.

Ade began his career at KPMG Consulting where he developed a strong operational and strategic skill set leading teams of consultants across several strategy, system implementation and restructuring projects. He also worked at GE Healthcare where he honed his leadership skills. He went on to become the CEO of Aspyra Inc, a publicly traded healthcare IT company. 

Adé remains actively involved in the community. He is currently on the board of the African American Museum in Philadelphia and the Welcoming Center For New Pennsylvanians

He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of Virginia and MBA at Harvard Business School. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

His hobbies include golf, running and cooking. He resides in Philadelphia with his Fiancé.
