Roslyn M. Brock is the Chief Global Equity Officer at Abt Global, an international consulting and research firm that uses data and bold thinking to improve the quality of people’s lives worldwide.

She is an international Arbiter of Social Impact with a distinguished career in health policy, population health, and equity, diversity, and inclusion for over three decades. At Abt, Roslyn leads the organization’s Global Equity strategy that drives client-focused, community centered solutions for mission delivery and sustainable growth.

Roslyn is also Chairman Emerita of the NAACP National Board of Directors and a Board Trustee at the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition (USGLC) and The George Washington University where she recently chaired the University’s Presidential Search Committee that selected its first female President. Roslyn has chaired GW’s Milken Institute School of Public Health Board of Advisors and ESG Committee and served on the Board of the Catholic Health Association of the United States of America. Michelle Johnson Tidjani, Esq, JD

Michelle Johnson Tidjani, Esq, JD, is the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at CommonSpirit Health, one of the nation’s largest nonprofit health systems, which has a team of more than 175,000 employees, 25,000 physicians and advanced practice clinicians, and which operates 142 hospitals and more than 2,200 care sites across 24 states.

As the Chief Administrative Officer, Michelle provides strategic oversight of the health ministry’s national budget, ensuring financial alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives. She collaborates closely with the Chief Operating Officer on the implementation of various initiatives, including the implementation of the organization’s optimized operating model. Michelle provides executive oversight for a number of enterprise functions, including: Corporate Governance; CommonSpirit’s partnership with the Morehouse School of Medicine; Enterprise Consulting; the Lloyd H. Dean Institute of Humankindness; Security and Emergency Management; and National Meetings and Events. In addition, she partners with CommonSpirit’s CEO Wright Lassiter III to provide strategic and operational oversight of the Office of the CEO which houses: Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Belonging; Corporate Responsibility; Advocacy and Legislative Affairs; and Philanthropy.

Previously, Michelle served as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Henry Ford Health System; the Deputy Chief Legal Officer for the Cleveland Clinic, and Senior Counsel for Tenet Healthcare’s Managed Care and Litigation Practice Group.

Terika Richardson, MPH, FACHE

Terika Richardson, MPH, FACHE, brings over 20 years of experience to her role as CommonSpirit Health’s Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, a position she has held since 2023. In her role, Terika provides strategic and operations-related leadership, ensuring optimal operating effectiveness for the organization and its operating regions. Terika’s extensive executive operations experience combined with her rare blend of nonprofit, for-profit and faith-based health care uniquely position her to effectively drive opportunities to innovate the system and develop a retail-driven ambulatory care strategy and other emerging business and care models.

Terika also leads the organization’s efforts to achieve its growth targets related to revenue and market share, identify opportunities for growth in our operating regions, support regional executives and local leaders in pursuit of their goals and objectives, and help identify and implement physician alignment strategies to reach our quality and patient safety goals. Previously, Terika served in leadership roles at Ardent Health Services, HCA and Advocate Health Care’s Chicagoland market. She holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Michigan. She has twice been acknowledged as one of Modern Healthcare’s “Top 25 Minority Executives” and has been awarded the “Young Healthcare Executive Award by the American College of Healthcare Executives” (Chicago Chapter).

Terika currently serves on the board of trustees for the American Hospital Association (AHA) and is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago. She has served on other AHA committees and as a regent-at-large for the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Lilicia Bailey, PhD, MBA

Lilicia Bailey, PhD, MBA is a global people strategist and Chief Human Resource Officer with experience in multiple industries, including Fortune 50, e-commerce, media/automotive, multi-site complex operations, and learning healthcare systems. She possesses a rare ability to merge strategic thinking with functional expertise, decisiveness, and pragmatism.

Her passion and ability to develop others at every level contribute to performance, retention, and the ability to attract talent. In addition, Lilicia’s ability to understand how context impacts performance informs her use of organizational design to reduce bureaucracy and increase accountability. Dr. Bailey joined CommonSpirit Health, a $36 billion integrated health system of 175,000 team members, as the Senior Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer to lead the People, Talent and Change Management strategies for the third largest healthcare system in the U.S. in 2023. In close consultation with the CEO, the Board of Trustees, and the Board HR and Compensation Committee, Dr. Bailey is the chief architect of organizational culture transformation and is responsible for ensuring alignment of the people strategy with CommonSpirit’s long-term strategic plan. Previously, she worked at Emory Healthcare, a $6 billion academic health system of 25,000 between 2020 through 2023 as the executive Chief People and Culture Officer.

LaShonda Anderson-Williams is the Chief Customer & Commercial Officer of Salesforce Industries. With her, she brings over 27 years of experience creating and delivering successful revenue-generation strategies within Fortune 200 organizations.

LaShonda is known as a results-driven leader who has led multiple organizations to achieve double-digit revenue growth and increased profitability through enhanced strategic planning and exceptional execution, all while building diverse high-performing teams.

Anita Lynch

Anita Lynch is an independent corporate board director for Nasdaq US Exchanges, and two AI-centric series C start ups. She is also an advisor, educator and angel investor with a career spanning 20+ years playing a key role in strategies for data and digital transformation. She is among the first African American women to serve as Chief Data Officer for a US public company.

Recognition and speaking engagements include: an Executive Fellowship at Harvard Business School, the San Francisco Business Times “Top 100 Most Influential Women in Business”; one of the “Top 8 Female Analytics Experts” in Forbes. In 2022, she received the Culture Shift Award for Technology, Innovation and Social Impact in Silicon Valley. Ms. Lynch holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School, a BS in Economics from Northwestern University, and two patents for her work on trading system algorithms at the Chicago Board of Trade. A native of Chicago, Ms. Lynch now resides in Oakland, CA.

Caretha Coleman

Caretha Coleman is a Director, Adviser, Executive Coach, Community Advocate, Volunteer.  Getting her start at Hewlett Packard, Caretha has spent 40 years in the technology industry working with start-ups and early stage ventures in the areas of organizational strategy development; and executive coaching and effectiveness. Among her accomplishments is Software Publishing Corporation, where her leadership was instrumental in pioneering one of the first successful desktop computer software businesses.

Ms. Coleman serves as Chairman of Dignity Health Community Care; and is a member of the board of Viridis Learning. She is an advisor to Illuminate, an early stage VC firm focused on enterprise, cloud and mobile computing; and was a founding member of The Angels Forum.

She is past chair of The Leverage Network (TLN) and is an executive committee member of the Bay Area Black Corporate Directors. Caretha is a national Board Member of Facing History and Ourselves, a member of the Board Emeriti of the Silicon Valley Community Foundation and the advisory board of the Ravenswood Health Clinic; and the Black Economic Alliance.

An avocate for women and minorities in business, Caretha demonstrates her commitment to mentoring young entrepreneurs and Sr. Black Executives across the country. She has been recognized as one of the Bay Area’s most Influential Women by the San Francisco Business Times; and Outstanding Director by the Silicon Valley Business Journal, and was named a Visionary Leader by the SF Chronicle. An American Leadership Forum Fellow, Caretha is a recipient of the YMCA’s Red Triangle award, which recognizes the highest level of volunteer. She was also recognized with the Black Enterprise Trailblazer award in 2016; and nominated as a Visionary Leader in the Bay Area for her work towards creating a more diverse community inside and outside of the workplace.

Sharon Malone, MD

Dr. Sharon Malone, MD is a nationally known expert in women’s health and the author of Grown Woman Talk. She is the Chief Medical Advisor at Alloy Women’s Health, a telehealth company that focuses on women over 40. Before joining Alloy, Dr. Malone was a partner at one of the oldest and most successful OB/GYN medical practices in Washington, D.C. She is board-certified by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and certified by the North American Menopause Society as a Certified National Menopause Practitioner. Throughout her professional career, she has been active in advocating for reproductive rights, reducing teen pregnancy, and eliminating health care disparities.

Dr. Malone is the youngest of eight children. During World War II, her parents, both of whom were raised in the rural south, moved to Mobile, Alabama, during the migration from farms to cities. She has seen health care from both sides– as a physician and a child of parents who negotiated health care for themselves and their families in the Jim Crow South. Despite living next door to two hospitals, preventative health care was never a part of her family’s life. As a result, Dr. Malone’s mother would lose her life to colon cancer, diagnosed too late for treatment. This searing life experience has informed how Dr. Malone has chosen to practice medicine and brought focus to the healthcare issues she has chosen to pursue.

In addition to her interest in women’s health, Dr. Malone is an avid reader, an amateur genealogist, and a lover of music. She is married to former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder Jr. and lives in Washington, D.C. They are the parents of Maya, Brooke, and Eric III.

Caroline Clarke

Caroline Clarke is an award-winning journalist who spent much of her career at the media company Black Enterprise. Through a succession of leadership roles, from senior editor of Black Enterprise magazine to Chief Brand Officer, Women of Power, Clarke built several successful brands including Black Enterprise Books; On the Clock with Caroline Clarke, a video podcast which earned a 2020 Telly Award for Best Motivational Online Content Series; and she co-founded and led the Women of Power  Summit, the nation’s largest annual conference for women of color corporate executives.

She is a published author and popular speaker on a broad range of subjects including the essential power of belonging; the women’s empowerment paradox; and real life lessons in leadership drawn from her most recent book, Take a Lesson: Black Achievers on How They Made It and What They Learned Along the Way (February 2022). Clarke’s memoir, Postcards from Cookie, was named Best Memoir of 2014 by Essence.

A 2020 recipient of AdWeek’s Changing the Game Award,  after 20-plus years, Clarke left her full-time role at Black Enterprise in 2021. She continues to serve as vice president of the Black Enterprise BRIDGE Foundation. She is also a member of Nielsen’s External Advisory Committee and several non-profit boards. And she is currently at work on a fourth book, due to be published by Penguin Random House in Spring 2024.

Clarke is a native New Yorker and mother of two who holds degrees from Smith College and Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, with honors.

Tamika Tremaglio JD, MBA

During her tenure at the NBPA, Tamika L. Tremaglio JD, MBA developed a strategic vision for the organization by embracing a set of key strategic priorities to enable the organization to successfully deliver the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), increase stakeholder engagement, develop a high-performing championship team, and increase equity and grow annual revenue.

Tamika completed a successful Collective Bargaining Agreement, which will deliver a $250 million increase in salaries and benefits next season and an estimated $50 billion over the 7-year term. She also recorded several big wins as part of the CBA negotiations, including an option for the NBPA to invest in NBA teams through private equity funds, allowing the NBPA to significantly advance its goal of creating generational wealth for itself and its members.

Under Tamika’s leadership, the NBPA’s brand was significantly elevated, allowing it to attract major brands like Goldman Sachs, Jimmy Choo, De Beers Jewelry, and similar high luxury goods brands who are diligently working alongside the organization to further its strategic priorities, an outcome that was highly coveted by other unions.

Prior to the NBPA, Tamika retired in 2022 as the Managing Principal for Deloitte’s Greater Washington practice, the area’s largest professional services firm that provided market-leading services in audit, tax, advisory, and consulting.

In her role as Managing Principal, Tamika successfully harnessed the power of teamwork by leading the activities of 23 offices across the region, over 15,000 employees, and revenue growth from $1.2 billion to over $3 billion in less than 4 years.

She also served clients globally while also developing the brand and eminence of the firm in the marketplace, supporting the professional development of staff, and leading corporate social responsibility and community involvement initiatives.

Tamika’s professional finance and accounting experience, which spans more than 30 years, includes leading large, high-profile global and domestic corporate investigations, matters involving collective bargaining agreements, modeling player licensing, and earnings distributions, strategy development, operations management, talent development, compensation, corporate governance, corporate citizenship initiatives, franchise disputes, board compliance, and real estate matters.

Tamika speaks frequently on leadership, corporate governance, talent development, and corporate social responsibility, including the roles that diversity, equity, and inclusion play in the workplace and community.

Heather Nelson

Heather Nelson is a Managing Director and co-lead for Deloitte’s Health Equity practice. She helps health care, life sciences and public sector organizations use digital technology to improve health equity by transforming the way they provide access to and deliver care. She has spent the last 15 years at the intersection of equitable health, technology and inclusive, experience design. In her client facing work, she has advised on digital strategy in the context of advancing health equity, innovation investment, technology stabilization, consumer engagement platforms, and value measurement. She has designed and led numerous data insights and analytics governance models, including SaaS analytics services, health equity measurement, and research study design across chronic disease, patient-provider interaction, and technology infrastructure.

In her role as a health equity practice leader, she works with Deloitte’s Center for Health Solutions and Health Equity Institute on such topics as maternal health, patient centricity, trust in health care by BIPOC communities, and health equity and tech. She has worked with senior leadership teams across government agencies, domestic health care providers, and global research entities. Her work has focused on centering the voices of the African diaspora in research, design, and community engagement. She began her career as an environmental scientist and brings that experience to bear amid the growing climate and equity intersections.

Damali Peterman, Esq

Damali Peterman, Esq, is the CEO and founder of the prominent global conflict resolution firm, Breakthrough ADR, LLC. Breakthrough specializes in innovative ways to help individuals, companies, and institutions prevent, manage, and resolve situations in the workplace and beyond, creating frictionless environments and improved efficiency in the process. Peterman also serves as a mediator, arbitrator, and ombudsman for the prestigious JAMS, Inc., the world’s largest private alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider.

A seasoned public speaker, Peterman has presented to Fortune 100 companies such Google and Mastercard and has been featured in Forbes, People, NBC, CBS, FOX, Black News Channel, ABC, and many more. She is also an adjunct professor at Howard University School of Law, a judge for international mediation competitions, and a trainer for a court-annexed mediation program in Nairobi, Kenya. She has also worked as a trainer in mediation and conflict de-escalation for the New York City Police Department.

Prior to Breakthrough ADR, Peterman founded Damali Law LLC, which focused on corporate transactions. Previously, she was an assistant general counsel at Deloitte LLP and a private equity and M&A senior associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Peterman also completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program and is a Tory Burch Foundation Fellow. She has received several awards including the Social Change Agent of the Year Award from NIMBLE, Women in Business Award from Hudson Valley Magazine, and Women Legal Entrepreneur of the Year from Women-Owned Law.

Lynn Whitfield

Lynn Whitfield is an American actress. She began her acting career in television and theatre before progressing to supporting roles in film. She won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Limited Series or Movie and received a Golden Globe Award nomination for her breakout performance as Josephine Baker in the HBO biographical film The Josephine Baker Story (1991).

In the 1990s, Whitfield played leading roles in a number of made-for-television movies and had several starring roles in theatrical films, including A Thin Line Between Love and Hate (1996), Gone Fishin’ (1997), Eve’s Bayou (1997), Stepmom (1998), Head of State (2003), Madea’s Family Reunion (2006), and The Women (2008). Whitfield also starred in a number of movies in the 2000s and 2010s. From 2016 to 2020, she starred as Lady Mae Greenleaf in the Oprah Winfrey Network dramatic series Greenleaf, for which she won critical acclaim and garnered two NAACP Image Awards and a Gracie Award. Whitfield has won a total of seven NAACP Image Awards.
