Jon-Michael Williams, MHSA is the Assistant Vice President of Strategy, Innovation and Planning at Atrium Health Navicent. Williams facilitates market-based strategic planning, business development and service line planning efforts, while also developing and implementing a physician alignment strategy and creating an innovation platform for Atrium Health Navicent in coordination with Atrium Health.

Williams joined Atrium Health in 2015 as an administrative resident at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center and has most recently served as assistant vice president for Regional Partners Operations. Between 2018 and 2020, he co-chaired the Atrium Health Men’s Diversity Leadership Network System Resource Group (SRG) which, under his leadership, was selected as SRG of the Year in 2019. He is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the National Association of Health Services Executives.
