Patrick L. Green is a highly skilled executive with a passion for people and the communities he serves.  With over 22 years of extensive operating experience, he has held key leadership roles in some of the leading non-profit faith based organizations and major academic health systems in the Unites States, such as Yale New Haven Health, Centura Health (part of CommonSpirit Health) and UW Medicine.  He is known as a people-first leader with a strong track record of growing and scaling organizations in highly competitive and complex markets. 

Currently, he is an Executive Vice President with Yale New Haven Health and the President and CEO of Lawrence and Memorial Healthcare, where he is responsible for the Southeastern CT and Southern RI regional delivery network. Prior to joining Yale New Haven Health, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President for St. Anthony Hospital with Centura Health, the largest health system in Colorado. 

Patrick serves on various boards that focus on improving the health of the community, education, and leadership development, including the Connecticut Hospital Association, the American Hospital Association Regional Policy Board (AHA RPB1).  He is also a board member of the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern CT, the Community Foundation of Eastern Connecticut, the Mystic Aquarium, and is also a Board of Director for Chelsea Groton Bank. 

His diverse board service has given him broad and deep experience in board service and best practice governance.
